MSEL 575: The Leadership Ecosystem (Summer 2022)

Examples of leadership are around you all the time. Anyone who works with others in any capacity is capable of exerting leadership. Regardless of your formal position in an organization, each of you can concurrently and collectively act as leaders with others in your spheres of influence.  By not only better understanding yourself, but also recognizing how we can collaborate with each other through collective leadership practices that leverage our strengths, this course is designed to begin deepening your leadership learning journey. 

Specifically, we will explore concepts and frameworks for how to lead more collectively in today’s ever-changing world. Using an integrative reflective practice and strengths-based approach, you will also begin to examine your own approach to leadership and create an initial plan for your personal leadership development, as well as development opportunities for your organization to become more 'leaderful' within their own practices.
